Reviews
I love this restaurant. The food choices are fantastic, you can mix and match so many choices. The flavour, execution and presentation was delicious. The staff from start to finish made my evening, friendly, happy, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they are bringing to your table. As a lone dining, they also made me feel welcome and at ease by allowing me to pick my table and I never felt ignored for not being a big earner. Thank you Brad, Gabija and the team for a great evening
The food is normally good. Sticky chicken is great in taste. Bunny chow is good but each of food in my view is significantly overpriced... The mango lassi for 5.75 GBP is too much pricey.. Child apple juice 3.75 is also too much.. Money wrap is good too but none of the dishes considering the quantity should not go beyond 7-8 GBP.. Food quantity vs price is something needs to be corrected in order for people to visit more often...
Amazing food and location!! The interior is absolutely stunning. Cute fairy lights which give off a nice relaxed calming atmosphere, no big bright strong lights. Lovely decor. It’s very clean too… probably the most polished cutlery I have ever seen too!? Sitting on swing seats is also really cool and a good laugh! (They have normal tables/seating too if you want that!). The food was incredibly tasty, full of flavour. It also came out very quick! We weren’t waiting long. The gunpowder chicken is a must have!! Excellent customer service, very friendly and quick. We were served by Aran S who was great!! We’ll definitely be back!
Beautifully appointed restaurant which was clean and spacious. The food is Indian street food and must not be mistaken for an Indian restaurant as one might traditionally expect. The food was delicious and fresh. The portions are relatively small as they are served in Tiffins as one would expect with street food. Recommendation is for 2 to 3 dishes per person which can add to the cost of your final bill. On average I would say £25-£30 ahead. Was quite pricey but guessing rents are very high in the centre of Bristol so was expected. Definitely recommend For a great experience of Indian street food.
Went on a friends recommendation. The menu is ok. Dishes are small so we were recommended to order around three each by the waitress meaning it's not as cheap as it initially appears. My dish was a chicken and potato curry but is only had four very smalls pieces of chicken. The food was nicely spiced. I thought that the food was a westernised version of Indian food and this was disappointing. Despite a trendy décor the place has no atmosphere and you get your allotted table for a set 2 hours. No draft beer available. The staff were competent but not friendly.
